What is Foodzie?
On Foodzie you'll find fabulous food and beverages made by small food companies. Many are foods you can't find anywhere else. They're all special in some way, whether handmade, following old family recipes, incorporating unique ingredients, etc. We work closely with the companies you see on Foodzie, to make sure what you buy here is food that we ourselves would enjoy, crave, and want to give as gifts.
Who runs Foodzie?
We're a small group of passionate foodies who want to use the Internet to connect artisan food businesses creating great products with passionate foodies seeking incredible food experiences. The Foodzie team are ardent supporters of shopping and eating locally. We recognize there are many great foods you will never find in your local area and hope to bring these to your doorstep.
The products on Foodzie may or may not be organic, all locally sourced, or Fair Trade. If they are, all the better! What's most important is the care and quality that goes into the food products and the people behind them. Learn more about our team.
How do I shop on Foodzie?
As you browse around, you can add items from multiple food compnies to your cart. In your cart you can change the amounts or remove any items. You can checkout all at one time from multiple producers. Your orders will be shipped directly from the producer.
Can I get volume discounts or customize products?
For many products, yes you can! Please contact Foodzie via email or phone, at 415-404-6989, to let us know what you're thinking about and we'll be happy to help you out.
Can I use a fake email address when checking out?
No...as we use your email address to send you your receipt, which you'll need for future tracking. Also if there is a shipping problem we need to be able to contact you. Oh and we promise we won't spam your e-mail, we hate e-mail spam just as much as the canned kind.
How does shipping work? Can I include a gift message?
Time to load up on all those tasty products you've been drooling over on Foodzie. We're offering Free Ground Shipping over $100 for a limited time. This means 2 Day and Overnight options are not eligible for Free Shipping. You will find that for some products that are more perishable like chocolate, cheese or meats, Ground Shipping might not be available. These products must arrive to their destination in a short period of time, which is why the shipping options are limited.

- Gifts: You can include a gift message and ship to someone else.
- Freshness: Each producer ships directly, using FedEx, delivering you the freshest product possible. No musty store shelves here!
- Security: Foodzie follows the same high security practices followed by your favorite e-commerce sites. Security is as important to us as to you.

Come on back to Foodzie at any time. Sign in with your email address and password.
How do I report a problem with my order?
Please get in touch with us at customer support so we can help. If you have your order number handy, it's all the better!
What's your privacy policy?
Basically, we want you to trust us the way we'd like to trust any sites we sign up for. So if you sign up for our newsletter, you can opt out at any time.
